El Poblano Mobil is a taco truck here in town that was a recommendation from Chef Jacob Cheatham. It is located off of Platte and Chelton in Southern Colorado Springs. This taco truck is made out of an old school bus which is pretty cool. Inside it has seating and they also set up tables outside to eat at.
When we got inside my husband was excited to see that pupusas were on the menu (a traditional El Salvadorian food) and ordered those right away. We also got asada, carnitas, and barbacoa tacos. The tacos were super yummy. There is nothing like an authentic street taco, they are the best. The pupusas were also really good as well. If you are looking for some yummy authentic Mexican food this is the place. If you check it out make sure to get the asada tacos that was my favorite.
